RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A Frost Advisory will be in effect tonight for the entire Richmond region and other parts of Virginia, as well as parts of Maryland and North Carolina.
According to the National Weather Service (NWS) in Wakefield, the Frost Advisory begins at 2 a.m. and will be in effect until 8 a.m. on Tuesday, April 22.
According to NWS, low temperatures within the advisory area will be in the mid 30s tonight, with temperatures potentially dipping below 32 degrees. These temperatures could potentially kill sensitive outdoor plants if left uncovered.
