US utility company Eversource Energy (NYSE:ES) has finalised definitive agreements to sell its 50% stake in the 924-MW Sunrise Wind offshore wind project off the US East Coast to Denmark's Ørsted A/S (CPH:ORSTED).

--Brazil's Raizen to sell 115 MWp of DG solar projects to Elis Energia
